Katie Harris – CEO/Research Director
Katie has over 13 years market research and marketing experience.
She has a particular interest, and extensive experience, in qualitative market research methods and their application to service, communication and branding issues.
Katie is a full member of the AMSRS, and has QPMR accreditation.
Katie holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Social Science and Policy (major in psychology) from UNSW.
Simon Harris – Director
Simon has over 17 years of marketing and communications experience, including both agency and client side, across Australia, UK, Europe and the USA.
Simon’s key area of interest and expertise is the strategic development of brands. Simon has worked with blue chip corporations around the globe, overseeing numerous communication development research projects.
His passion is in developing, implementing and evaluating customer focussed marketing and brand communications strategies.
