Katie Harris – CEO/Research Director

Katie has over 15 years of wide-ranging research and marketing experience in Australia (where she is based), NZ and the UK, across many industries.

She has a great interest, and extensive experience, in qualitative methods and their application to communication/marketing issues.

Katie is a full member of AMSRS and ESOMAR, and is a Qualified Practitioner of Market Researcher (QPMR). She holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Social Science and Policy (major psychology) from UNSW.

Katie’s articles about qualitative research have been published in B&T, AdNews and Anthill magazines. Katie is also a regular contributor to Marketing Magazine. Her Zebra Bites blog ranks in the Top 50 Australian Marketing Pioneer blogs.

Simon Harris – Director/Planning-brand and marketing strategist

Simon has over 21 years of marketing and communications experience, including both agency and client side, across Australia, UK, Europe and the USA.

Simon’s key area of interest and expertise is the strategic development of brands. He has worked with blue chip corporations around the globe, overseeing numerous communication development research projects.

His passion is in developing, implementing and evaluating customer focussed marketing and brand communications strategies.

Working with us

Our job is to make your job easier. This might mean working together closely. We like this, because it helps us understand the pressures, internal politics, and the specific challenges you face.
